Estimativa e Fatura de Serviços Veiculares Modelo

The workbook is organized into five clearly labeled sheets. The Estimate (見積書) sheet captures client information, vehicle number, model, and a detailed line‑item table for parts, quantities, unit prices and totals, with built‑in formatting for headings, borders and summary rows (subtotal, tax, other fees, grand total). The Invoice (請求書) sheet mirrors the estimate layout, automatically ready to receive the same data but with a distinct colour scheme for easy visual separation. The Vehicle Management (車両管理) sheet lists each vehicle’s registration number, model, type, registration date, mileage and inspection expiry date, providing a quick reference for the entire fleet. The Alert List (アラート一覧) sheet pulls key dates from the vehicle sheet and calculates remaining days until expiration, flagging overdue or soon‑due items with a status column. A small VBA module ties the sheets together, copying estimate data to the invoice, generating PDFs, and preparing the alert list for bulk updates. Together these sections give you a single source of truth for every vehicle‑related transaction and maintenance milestone.

This workbook eliminates the repetitive copy‑and‑paste work that typically plagues automotive service shops and small fleet operators. By keeping estimates and invoices synchronized through a single macro, you avoid mismatched totals and reduce the risk of billing errors. The vehicle register lets you monitor mileage growth and inspection dates, while the alert sheet proactively highlights upcoming renewals, helping you stay compliant and avoid costly downtime. The built‑in PDF export lets you instantly produce professional‑looking documents for clients, saving the time spent formatting each file manually. Overall, the solution brings order to scattered spreadsheets, turning raw data into actionable insights and a smoother daily workflow.

If you run a garage, a car‑rental agency, a delivery fleet, or any business that maintains a handful of vehicles, this workbook is designed for you. It supports staff who handle quoting, billing, and vehicle upkeep, as well as managers who need to keep an eye on fleet health and cash flow. Whether you are preparing a quote for a new repair, issuing an invoice after work is completed, or simply checking which cars are due for inspection, the workbook provides the right view at the right time.

How to use

  1. Open the Estimate sheet and fill in the client’s name, address, phone, vehicle number and model. Add each part or service in the table, specifying quantity and unit price; the amount and subtotal rows calculate automatically.
  2. Run the "見積から請求コピー" macro (Alt+F8) to copy all entered data to the Invoice sheet, where you can adjust any final notes before saving.
  3. Click the "PDF出力" macro to export the active sheet (either estimate or invoice) as a PDF to your desktop, using the client name in the file name.
  4. Update the Vehicle Management sheet whenever a vehicle’s mileage or inspection date changes. The Alert List sheet will instantly recalculate remaining days and flag any items that are near or past due.

By consolidating all related information in one place, you’ll notice fewer transcription mistakes, faster document generation and a clearer picture of upcoming maintenance needs, ultimately shaving hours of admin work each month.
