Multi‑Currency Personal Budget Template

How to use

1. Open the Currency Rates sheet and enter the current exchange rates for USDT‑to‑USD and Bolívar‑to‑USD (or your preferred base currency).
2. Go to the Transactions sheet and record each income or expense: select the date, choose a category from the dropdown, write a brief description, enter the amount and pick the currency (USDT, USD, Bolívar).
3. Assign each entry to a budget category (e.g., Salary, Groceries, Entertainment) to enable automatic grouping.
4. Switch to the Summary sheet to view total income, total expenses, net balance and visual charts, all converted to your base currency.
