Monthly Encerrados Analysis by Farm and Irrigation Head Template

This template is built for agricultural companies that need to monitor fertilizer products that were not applied during a month – the so‑called “encerados”. It contains three sheets: a Data Entry sheet where you log each batch received, the amount actually used, the quantity returned, the farm, the irrigation head and the technician; a Summary sheet that automatically calculates the % of unused product for the whole month, breaks it down by farm and by technician, and highlights the product with the highest return volume overall and per farm; and a Dashboard sheet with simple bar and pie charts that visualise those percentages at a glance. All key fields are equipped with dropdown lists for the eight farms, the list of technicians, and the product catalogue, ensuring consistent data entry.

The template solves the common problem of scattered inventory records and time‑consuming manual calculations. By consolidating the data in one place, managers can instantly see where waste is highest, which technicians may need additional training, and which products are frequently returned, allowing them to adjust ordering, improve application planning and reduce unnecessary costs. How to use

1. Open the Data Entry sheet and fill in each row with the date, farm, irrigation head, technician, product, quantity received, quantity used and quantity returned. Use the dropdowns to select farms, technicians and products.
2. The Summary sheet updates automatically – check the overall % of unused product, the % per farm, the % per technician, and the top returned product both company‑wide and per farm.
3. Review the Dashboard charts for a visual snapshot of waste patterns; you can filter by month using the slicer at the top.
4. Export the summary or share the workbook with stakeholders to support decision‑making.
